Our CEO Henrik Jensen visited our Manila office this month where he met with seafarers and hosted a dinner for ship owners during the annual Crew Connect Global event.

MrJensen commented: “It was great to be in Manila again. It’s such a vibrant seafaring country and I had the chance to catch up with our seafarers and to hear first hand what they are doing. In particular, it was interesting to take part in a meeting where the new Philippine ‘magna carta for seafarers’ was discussed. I think that will make a big difference to crew welfare in the future.”

Our senior staff regularly visit other offices and meet our seafarers. It’s a great way to stay connected with what’s going on around our global network.
