As you transport essential goods across oceans, working long hours far from home and navigating challenging conditions, your work plays a vital role in connecting countries, businesses and communities around the world.

This year’s theme also acknowledges the responsibilities and risks that come with life at sea. It serves as a reminder that while seafarers are the backbone of global trade, your safety, wellbeing and welfare must remain a priority for the entire maritime industry.
