The third quarter of 2026 has been another successful and busy period for Danica Crewing Specialists, with 122 seafarers securing new opportunities with leading shipowners around the world.

We are particularly proud to have seen 42 seafarers achieve career progression during the quarter, including 17 who were promoted into senior ranks. In addition, one seafarer successfully transitioned ashore, taking up a new position as Technical Superintendent, marking an important milestone in their maritime career.

The quarter has also brought exciting developments for Danica. We have expanded our recruitment activities into the offshore sector, creating access to an even broader range of career opportunities for seafarers seeking their next challenge. To support this growth and continue delivering a high level of service, we are strengthening our shore-based team with additional recruitment specialists.

As we enter the final months of 2026, our focus remains on building strong partnerships with clients and creating rewarding career opportunities for seafarers across the maritime industry.
